hey people. i am slowly but surely losing the weight (started out 612 pounds, remember?), and my doc says my heart and blood pressure are getting better every day! plus i actually went for a little stroll around my backyard yesterday (first time in almost 5 years, with the help of my trusty walker. lol.). it felt so awesome to be out in the fresh air and sun again! my 2 dogs were so amazed to see my fat ass outside! lol (okay, at least i'm on my way to a healthy weight again). they kept trying to jump on me, and wanted me to play fetch stick with them. they're so used to always seeing me stuck in my bed. lol. well thats all for now folks. just wanted to give you a quick update. and let you know i really am gonna do this--i'm gonna get rid of most of this weight. and thanks for letting me share my story with you. it makes me more likely to achieve my goal now. because i've told so many others what i intend to do. so now i can't let you (or me) down. i'm really gonna do this! so thanks for all the cool support!!
Dude, I have been thinking about you lately. I am glad that you are still doin well. Keep it up. You have gotten past the hardest part, just starting to exricse is a big step forward!
nothing. unless you are morbidly obese (like me). then it will kill you. my doc gave me 6 more months (if i didn't start losing the weight asap). lots of heart and blood pressure troubles etc. so i'm gonna lose the weight so i can make it to my next birthday.....
hey thanks for saying that! yeah, it was not so easy to get my ass moving. lol. but now that i already made it outside, i am already looking forward to doing it again. plus the more exercise i get, the more weight i will lose! thanks again for your words!

that's great. sounds like you have a plan to stick to. and you got dogs that seem to want to play, so when you feel up to it, maybe take them for a light walk around the neighborhood and then maybe build on that and get up to going jogging with your dogs...who knows. but atleast your motivated right now. i'm glad your becoming healthy again, keep it up.
lots of luck .....a big thing to overcome , no pun intended , ....are you experiencing any side effects ......its a lot of stuff that stores in fat ....and i was wondreing how this can effect one .....anyhoo im rooting for ya ......
hey, thanks for saying that! and i am proud of myself (but will be even prouder when i get down to my ideal weight!) so i still got a few more pounds to go yet! lol.
What exactly is your ideal weight if you don't mind me asking? I think that the main thing that you should worry about is making sure that your blood pressure isn't high once you have reached your ideal weight.
