don't intend to be negative,,,,,,but

I'm not really of the rainbow family.....I'm a 45 year old guy who grew up hippy and who has been seeing things differently the older i get. I read alot of posts here. I see many complaints about one another and start to realize........many people even here can not seem to get along. And i think " if these people can't live peacefully.......the rest of the world can't either". If it does'nt start in this community.......the world community stands no chance.

 

we all get along here nicely. i dont think there has been one physical fight because of this board

 

I read posts about rainbow gatherings where people don't want to participate.........."they want to shit but don't want to dig toilets"......" they want to drink but don't want to carry water" they want to eat but don't want to clean up"........I'm sorry.......but this makes me undersatnd and realize.......that the problems that we face on this planet go way beyond washington DC....these same problems live within ourselves
if 5,000 hippies have conflict...it is irrational and unreasonable to ever expect Osama and GW to get along......just an observation

 

none of us in here are rainbow gatherers, i dotn thoink. but that is some bullshit. I would be digging holes and cooking all the time and building. The rainbow thing sounds fun, but a little fruity. id rather live in a commune
