doing drugs while pregnant

there's this girl at my school who says she's 7 months pregnant. but shes been drinking daily smoking cigarettes and weed. she did heroin and coke during her first trimester..... then she told me that the doctor said the baby was healthy. is it even possible for her to be telling the truth? she isn't showing at all and she's known to fake pregnancies. but i don't know. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

is she visably pregnant? If not, then she's a lying sack of shit and you should punch her in the stomach.

while it IS possible that a baby can turn be delivered without harm if a mom does drugs during her pregnacy, it's quite unlikely. ESPECIALLY if she was shooting heroin.

THC however, if eaten, not smoked, has not been proven harmful to a fetus. would I do it? probably not unless my morning sickness was really bad and a brownie would ease the nausea. But other than that, drinking, smoking anything, and doing any other drug is very harmful while you are pregnant.

I would call her out in front of a bunch of people and show hwo much of a crazy pathological liar and attention whore she is. SAying things like taht to get attention is a very serious behavioral problem.

How much would you like to bet she didnt' do coke or heroin either. Most of the time people like this don't do ANYTHING but sit around and make up stories.

If she is not showing yet, after 7 months, then I too think she is a lying sack of shit!!!
I had a friend that only smoked pot through out her pregnancy and her doctor told her that was ok as long as she only did that. Her baby was very healthy at birth and has no problems since. However if she had been smoking cig's or drinking or doing any other drug this could have a very bad effect on the baby. Could cause many birth defects and cause the baby to have long term problems.
All in all, I think that girl is full of shit and just wants attention.

maybe shes not showing cause all the drugs and dangerous shit she does while pregnant..
I loath people who abuse drugs or drink while they are pregnant...

 

She sounds like a total liar... and if she isn't, call children's services after the baby is born and tell them what this girl said - if she WAS doing all that shit while pregnant, she obviously shouldn't be caring for a child. Ick.

 

Right on Super Grrl, that's exactly what I thought, except you said it in a more polite manner than I would have. This is one subject that gets my blood boiling.

i know take care of your baby. ive never been pregnant (knock on wood) but if i were i sure as hell wouldnt do shit!

 

some people are best to avoid. junkies top the list. i would just pretend that this girl dosent exist. 7 months and not showing is very suspect, but not out of the realm of possibility. but my rule of thumb is that once someone starts doin dope, i leave them alone, until they ask for help gettin sober, then they all know im thier best friend.

 

she said she was going to take the dad to jail but hes a good friend of mine..... and he said he hasnt even known her 7 months so i dont know what to do for the next 2 months except wait.

 

When the two months are up she'll probably say something like "oh i lost the baby a while ago, didn't i tell you?" and totally let the whole thing drop :S People will say anything for attention, that's so sad.

 

if she is 7 months like she says she is ask her if you can feel the baby kick. it should be moving around like its doing a little baby dance by now............... by 7 months i wold be walking like i just got off a horse and peeing ever 5 minutes. monitor her bathroom breaks LOL =)

 

I would stay away from punching her in the stomach... My mother is a small woman.. mabey 110 pounds and she never showed.. She his the fact that she was pregnant for 7 months from her parent and then had to tell them... Chances are she is a lying piece of crap... But if shes not you would feel very bad punching her in the stomach...

 

ask to see her ultra sound pics...

 

I was just joking. I wouldn't really want anyone to punch her in the stomach. even if she was lying.

But I WOULD still call her out as a lying attention whore in front of a bunch of people.

 

With my first baby I was only 16 and actually had a friend of mine try to tell people I wasnt pregnant, bet he felt like an ass when I went to the hosbital................................. but yeah if she was pregnant and cared about the baby she woldnt be doing heroin and shyyyyt, someone should call her out on it and tell her what she is doing to the baby if it is tru she is pregnant

Well its been proven that weed doesn't do anything to your baby, but you still shouldn't really smoke aything while your pegnant, heroin and coke and alcohol fuck it up, that's so wrong, atleast when you have an abortion you aren't giving it a deformed life that will put it in misery for the rest of their life.
