DOI confusion

Ok, after several months of searching, working, and researching, I have procurred 50mg of DOI.

My question is, the DOI came labeled

on erowid, the chemical name of DOI is listed as

What I need to know is if my sample is in fact DOI. I believe they are, but I lack enough (any) experience in chemistry, so I'm hoping someone here will be able to point me in the right direction.

Dirty substance. Once mistook about ten or so blotters for LSD and ate them. Tripped for three days, and it sucked. I later tried just one or so to see what it was like and it still sucked. Very dirty feeling to the trip, like when people say "dirty acid" that's how I imagine it.

hope you have a very accurate scale, DOx have pretty damn low doses.

 

Screw DOI...... :-/ I believe I got a bad batch and I thought I was dying. Not good stuff and I only took 4mg

 

Thing is, you probably had a 'good' batch if such a thing exists with this substance.

I originally was going to get some 2c-e, but that did not work out, and so I opted for DOI instead. Do you think this scale is accurate enough to do the job?

 

I've done DOI knowing what it was, and the dose (4mgs). I liked it, except it lasted WWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY to long. Future research involves seeing if certain prescription meds will end the trip at a more reasonable duration.

 

f it really weighs out down to one miligram it will be fine, but I hear that scales are sometimes advertised as 1 mg scales but are really more like 5 mg scales. 10 mg of DOI would be alot to take, and a 5 mg scale means it is off in either direction by up to 5 mg I believe. (Or maybe it would be 4). Anyways you get what you pay for most the time. Here is one linked too from erowid, maybe that gives it some credibility.

For accuracy, you should weigh out at least 50mg of the stuff (100 is better) and use liquid division so 2ml of liquid=1mg of DOI. No use fucking around with dosage on this stuff. Just make sure you label your storage container "POISON."

And man, you should have read up on the effects of DOI before ordering it; not all chems are created equal. There are people who do like DOI, but more people have issues with body load. Happy researching.

 

It feels like "dirty acid" if such a thing exists. Sweats, jaw clenches, shitty visuals that lack intricacy... IDK man just be careful with it cause an OD means 3 days of shittiness...

 

Dude, I have that scale and I only use it for methylone - you'll see it will give you up and down measurements that vary up to 10-15mgs. You couldn't pay me enough money to weigh any DOx compound with that scale. Just a fair warning....

If you believe this scale so innaccurate, can you point me in the direction of one which you believe is sufficiently accurate to measure out doses of DOI? And reasonalby priced would be nice.

I used to use the same one before with 2c-e, aside from eating a bit more than expected, it's fine. 2c isn't do.
