Does anyone live in Bristol? (Study Abroad Question)

To give anyone that is reading this some background information, I have been looking for student exchange programs, and I saw this one at Uinveristy of Bristol that could be very interesting. So my question is directed to those who live around there: what is the scene like? In other words, how are the people, hows are the bars, and if you go to the school what is it like.

Also, as a general note, if you have any suggestions as to schools to look at, then I would love to hear back from you.

I lived in Bristol and still live very near it. It's got a lot going for it. Vibrant nightlife and a healthy underground scene. If you want more than that, you'll need to ask some more specific questions

 

Yeah Bristol is pretty kicking...as is Bath just down the road. tis a nice part of the country compared to a lot of places.
