anything about any interaction pressure might have on LSD? Specifically, scuba diving pressure. I have already dove in Hawaii tripping, and it was, hands down, the single greatest night of my life, but I was concerned that there may be an interaction with the additional atmospheres underwater, something that, if bad, wouldn't be something commonly warned against.
nah you're fine, lsd causes very little in physical body effects, just lots of little peripheral variables like 'greasyness' and 'flushed'.
Tell me about it =D Night dive with 15 foot manta rays and three different kinds of turtles running around, not to mention Octopi in their Gardens, and whenever you come up for your safety stop, off the lights and play w the bioluminescence. Simply fantastic. Hawaii ftw. I tried a similar experience with morning glories in West Palm Beach, FL last weekend, and...well, it definitely didn't compare, but it was still really fantastic. In a way, it was just different. For instance; I wasn't so stimulated off of the LSA that I blew through my hour's air supply in half the time, like in Hawaii. Thanks for the responses
Oh man... you gotta do this. Itd be awesome. first thing that came in my head was this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWilVPNOTMg
Ha! Good stuff. Made me think of a bell ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diving_bell ), which would be awesome to be able to just drop in the water, drop in your mind, suit up with mask and fins instead of the whole ensemble, and chill out indefinitely.
I would agree, if all present drop. You have to have a buddy diving anyway, and someone should stay sober. Less of a sitter in the sense of freaking out, more of someone who reminds you that you don't actually live down here and that your source of oxygen is finite.
Sounds like something that could be amazing, but there's lots that can go wrong. Sober buddy would be an astonishingly good idea, so you don't think 'hey, WTF do I have this mask on for?'
