lithium and I "met" here about 5 years ago, and we're still members, so yes. It has very little effect these days as we barely get time to come on here. When we were first together in person it created a lot of conversation, and we also have a few friends from here. It's rare for us to talk about it now.
My boyfriend knows about the forum but he's not a member. I might get him to join at some point though He's always curious to see the things I write about him and other things lol

lol mine is like that too. The fact there isn't enough on here about video games and Star Wars would probably be the deal-breaker for him.
Yes there are two members of my household on hipforums. They do not post often and are somewhat more mercurial in their opinions than myself.
