Waking up several times during a sleep session is normal, most people just don't remember it.

im unemployed - so of course my sleeping patterns are weird as fuck!! some times i will sleep all day, most nights i am up. and some days i just subsist of small catnaps throughout the day. needless to say im not all that healthy..

because when your sleeping patterns are off then often your eating patterns are too..

i wake up several times each night; i usually fall right back asleep, but once per night (usually around 6ish) my mind starts to think about weird things and i have to get up and go to the bathroom to give it a minute to reset so i can sleep again...

that doesn't even make sense, but neither does the phenomenon...

I'm not too sure what a weird sleep pattern is.

I go to sleep when I am tired, and I wake up when I am no longer tired. And if something knocks me from my unconscious state during an unconscious state I do not hold myself responsible.

No... I sleep like a brick, and as soon as my head hits the pillow, Im out. Nothing really disturbs me, which is good, Im always well rested. I have this bamboo window blind thing, so in order to sleep in past the sunrise, I wear a sleep mask over my eyes.

I love earplugs. Except on Monday mornings. I have to get up on mundays. Earplugs mean I can't hear the alarmclock.

Thats true. Earplugs saved my sanity when I was at WEMF, the second day. I was soooooo sketched out and everything was SO loud because they started playing the techno at 6 am all over again, my god. I had to buy sleeping aid and earplugs and my body still wouldnt sleep except for one tiny nap I had in the middle of the afternoon. it was so fucking hot that day, I literally woke up in a pool of my sweat. it was the worst dayyy! But thats only cause the night before had been the BEST NIGHT EVER.
