Do you roadrage?

Do you get mad around traffic? It seems to show a new side of a lot of people that you don't get to see in most cases.

When theres just a blatant lack of respect for other road users it pisses me off.

and oh dear lord driving through town on a saturday night is frustrating. a friend texted me at 2am saying she was stranded so i had to go rescue her, lots of drunk people stumbling all over the place crossing the road when they felt like it, i had to keep slamming on the breaks and swerving, felt like i was doing a driving course around cones, those motherfuckers are lucky i didnt hit any of them

 

Traffic is one of the few situations where I get angry.

That's why I don't drive anymore. Well, partly why.

 

i do get pretty angry sometimes. theres some real cock's driving about. i especially hate the ones who try to get there car in your boot when your driving at the speed limit. JUST FUCK OFF!!! :tongue:

 

No of course not. If I was to get angry at things that I couldn't control, I would be more of an animal than a person. I may cringe for half a second at somebody being dumb or careless, and a little more at something really dangerous but once it's done with there's no point in getting angry like some fools do.

 

Yes, I get very irritated while driving. Some people just drive like morons I tell you, you've got to have eyes in the back of your head!

 

On very rare occasions, I might swear a little to myself but generally, no, I don't.

A lot of people are pretty dumb, so why should I expect them to drive differently.

 

I'm pretty zen about it too. I really never get angry behind the wheel. I just drive a lot for work and look at it as an inevitability that I'm going to have to keep an eye on everyone.

I had anger problems when I was younger. I picked a fight in the middle of 290 at 18.

 

The only things I get mad about are:

1. Like Arly said, random people crossing the street at unconvenient times.
2. Someone drives to close behind me.
3. Someone has their lights on full beam and blind me.
4. Someone cuts me off.
5. Someone is driving ridiculously recklessly, especially when they have children in the car.

Then again, I don't get too angry about the top 4. I just mumble and sigh.

if i'm in a hurry, i'm known to get a slight case of the road rage. i try to not let it get to me too much, because i know getting mad at the situation wont change it. but seriously, some people should not be allowed to drive.

oh i need to add people that drive well above the speed limit and like a complete dickhead with one of those 'baby on board' stickers on the back windscreen............it's like you obviously don't give a shit about your baby on boards safety so why the hell are you telling us about it!

 

Yeah, and on the wrong side of the road, and I pull out in front of other cars when I shouldn't. I stop for green lights and not for red. At orange I go a bit loopy and drive onto the footpath. :willy_nilly:

But I've only had an average of like 0.09 accidents a day.

 

I don't drive often, but I frequently get backseat roadrage, and I flip people off for my mom when she's driving.
