Do You Remember?

Do you remember when this forum consisted of nothing more than Katie, George, Chuck, Lisa, and I (basically, with little exception)?

I'm talking about Young Hippies circa August. I'm talking about the Young Hippies before the Moonjavas, the Blindhobos, the Michas, the rhodesian_rejects, the Patricks, the rhasta.penguins, and even before the Krystins, the Marisas, the Beckys, Ash_Freakstreets, and the Burbots came around. Do you remember?

Do you remember way back to the days before the rise and fall of the Young Hippies' (and the Random Thoughts) Kingdom (When Becky was Queen of Random Thoughts )?

I remember when this forum consisted of Louise, Nina, Roman, Liv, Sal, me and a few others. That was back in 1999 or 2000 or so.. when we were the YOUNG hippies. Damn... now I feel so old...

Louise does sometimes, but only to the UK forums. She's autumn_jewels. And Sal is Peace-Phoenix, he pretty much stays in the UK forums as well.

 

I remember, I didn't post nearly as much yet, and I stayed in random thoughts.

 

Hahaha I actually posted a couple of time in young hippies way back in the day when I was like 15ish or so... I didn't know anyone though.

 

Hahahaha, I wonder what would have happened if we had started talking back then... ...

 

I originally started reading here about four or so years ago. I never got an account on the old forums till two years ago, and I only posted with it about a dozen times. Then about a year and a half ago, I got a new account, EvilHippy . Then the new forums came...

 

That would have been soo crazy..
Hehe it's funny thinking about the fact I've been coming to this site for more than five years... I feel old.

 

I still think they should bring back the old young hippies background, it was bright and pretty.

oh man derek, i remember those days allll too well. hehe i was actually just about to start a thread like that. I miss the old days, now it's kinda annoying. I don't nearly post as much.
