I believe this is something we all ask ourselves from time to time. Which is good because it is important. Personally i feel pretty healthy, I just know my body is very dehydrated. I have had problems with alcohol for a few years now, its very hard not to drink. It is very hard to come to grips with your own health and solve it. Lots of addictions come to mind. But we have a chance! I quit cigs over three years ago Feels great to get my breath back. One of the hardest mental fights I have ever won. Once i have control of my alcohol consumption i will be very healthy. :lurk5:
so-so. i'm someone who needs a relatively set schedule for eating and sleeping, and my current job doesn't allow either of those things, so i feel a little shitty most of the time. my diet's ok, and i haven't been drinking much at all lately, and i'm still young and thin, so i'm not too bad off.
I'm dehydrated. I'm addicted to masturbation and caffeine. I'm weak-willed and slightly depressed, I'm often lazy and my sleeping habits are very unhealthy. My marijuana usage can get unhealthy at times, as well. I am pretty fit though and I am starting to work out again. Had a great session the other day and will probably again later on today. I also quit smoking, but I was smoking black and milds; and I am just starting to get my lung capacity back
Im rarely ever sick and active a decent amount but don't feel healthy in some of my choices for diet and recreation.
i have been sick once in the last 5 years i am a fairly healthy eater i recently took up trail running which has done amazing things for my body woohoo!! i feel damn good!
yes i do :sunny: quit boozing a year and a half ago.. quit caffiene and all such rubbish eight months ago... quit smoking the demon cigs five months ago... and i feel fantastic ... fit as a butchers dog
he's saying some people are just inherently unhealthy, whether physically or mentally health is not something that is a given for some people
exactly....health is something we dont all have...........some people will never enjoy it.....only those who are lucky enough to have health... have the choice of doing anything about it..either good or bad
Right now I'm in tip-top shape. I haven't drunk a drop of alcohol for almost a year, haven't smoked a cigarette for almost two. I exercise 4-6 times a week, and I eat, sleep, and take care of myself well. I was just thinking today that being healthy in-itself gives me great joy; I don't need to seek much after that. Does anyone in the interwebz wanna fight me? :frown:
however much i hate to admit that i agree with cherea good health absolutely does affect your quality of life
