Do you ever randomely smell something that isn't there?

Like you'll just be sitting somewhere and then you'll smell.........example:toaster struddle

Only you haven't had toaster struddle in years. Or quite some time?

It happens to me, I'll just randomely smell things that aren't there.
Sometimes when someone mentions a colour i'll be able to taste what I associate with it
Like orange would be a popsicle.

It's really unusual. That and my lucid dreams where I can smell and taste everything.

Occasionally I'll be like, "man, something smells gnarly" and sniff around... then I'll just realize that I need to clean my septum ring. x_x

 

a guy i knew would constantly smell burnt popcorn...

so he went to the doctor and asked why everything smelled like it was burning, he was going crazy about it...

so they did a brain scan...

and he had a brain tumor bumping up on his temporal lobe, it was the size of a lemon.

crazy shit, he thought...

and about two months later he died.
