    In my personal experience I can say that from the male perspective anal penetration when done right can bring on a major orgasm without even having so much as the slightest trace of an erection from the stimulation of the prostate gland.

    However, as women don't have a prostate gland as such, I can imagine that they can only get pleasure from anal sex, if at all, in one (or both) of 2 ways.

    1. That the penis stimulates the vaginal G-Spot through the cellular membrane.

    2. Purely a psychological thing, being excited by the notion of what is happening.

    Of course, the primary reason a man enjoys it, as well as the psychological reason, is that it's a lot tighter than vaginal sex.
