Ok, so I left college back in the begining of the year, not got a job yet (probably something to do with my attitude towards corperate companies), and I've been spending most the time at home. In that time I have done everything possable to fight back to bordome. Here come my dilema. There's nothing left to do, I'm home alone, do I try and drink my way through my bacardi? If not, what should I do? (Real ideas please, I actually wanna try some)

Why don't you go back to school as opposed to wasting your life away?

Yeah, go back to school or get a job that's not with a corrupt corporate company...do something with your life

school? I wish I could go back to school! I think that's the route of my problem (but you don't wana hear about that) I've been applying at loadsa jobs, but no where wants me (possable because I'm not 18) so I'm applying at tesco's on my 18th (three weeks). I could re enrole for college next september, but I've been through that, the most I can do is 4 AS's, and that won't benefit me at all, I need 2 full Alevels (which is why I do them at night school, which is only one day a week, so I'm alone for 6).

It takes two years to get A levels, so with a litte patience you could do the four AS levels, then next year drop two and carry on. Giving a total of 2 A levels and 2 AS levels.
    Not bad hmm.

Can totally see why your going nuts with boredom, can only just survive a couple of months of it myself.

In the mean time why not do some voluntary work, or take up a new hobby.

    Good luck :)

I can only go back to college for one year, then I'll be 19 and you can't re-enroll when your 19.

Do something artsy -check the fashion & crafts forums for ideas.
    Read.
    Write.
Learn to play an instrument -it'll be something fun & useful at parties, campouts, gatherings etc for the rest of your life.

I wish I didn't have to work, haven't been bored for the past twenty years and I've been jobless for a good part of that... I wish we had twice as many hours in our days, too!

I'm not bothered about waisting my life, I just wanted some ideas on fun things to do when drunk (I live in a quite village), like um, setting fire to things }=) But the carribean sounds good... My plan at the moment is to get a job and save up enough for a mini, then DRIVE to the carribean!

I've already used my spare time to learn the flute, Clait, read, dance, sing, garden, clean, cook, revise, sort stuff out, make all my own clothes, blah blah blah, but I'm ok now, my mum came home with lots of litte plants from B&Q

get REALLY good at playing hackisack so that when you're driving to the carribean and you meet some hippies you can play them in some form of twisted stereotypically stoned scenario...

yeah, in the wild they're brown and fluffy (from dirt) with long legs and big eyes, and they jump places, and wear little tartan hats (Jonese or MacRurie)
