I've only recently gotten into soymilk, AND I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! i drink it like water. I've tried multiple brands of it too but my mom usually buys Silk. I've found that the smaller companies' soymilk just tastes better. Out of all of the Silk versions, the Unsweetened is the best. I can't believe I've been drinking nasty-ass milk my whole life!
Same here. I like the vanilla. I have Soy Dream in the fridge right now,but it's more expensive than Silk.
Mmmm I know it's amazing! I currently have some vailla and it's delicious. I'm considering going vegan.
Going vegan was pretty easy for me.When my middle son was in high school and became vegan,I did it right along with him. He's still vegan at 30 and is healthy as a horse at 6'6" and 225 lbs. I'm veggie now--I loves my cheese. Good luck------
I don't drink milk. I either have soya, rice or almond milk. The flavoured ones are good. I have chocolate oat and chocolate and strawberry soya in the fridge.
Find yourself a good Krishna Temple and swing by for the Sunday feast, they usually serve a Stawberry flavored Soy milk with the vegan meals. Pick up a cook book from them while you're there, they make some pretty tasty stuff, at least the Chicago Temple did when I went.
i really wanna go to the sunday feast.. wonder if theyll do it today..... vegan feast and music and enlightenment! soytastic- soy is the best
I was too. It took me about a year to actually walk in the door. One day I just hung around the door and was noticed and kind of pulled in. There are times I can be pretty shy.
Awww, dont be nervous Hun, they're pretty cool people. It's kinda cool, at the temples they're not so "force it down your throat" with their faith, although it's a common topic of discussion if that makes any sense. I guess maybe they figure they pretty much have your attention if you're in their house and not just trying to get three minutes of your time as you pass by at the Airport.
i dont like soya milk so much..well the flavoured kinds arent too bad but i am looking for a dairy alternative and have found plain rice milk is tastey-er than plain soya milk...again brands differ though
Rice milk is good to, but it's very watery so I don't use it in tea. You do have to try a few different brands though, because some of them are awful.
