My cousin is 40 yrs old and has been a diabetic for about 4-5 years. She has a bad habit of buying cookies iced coffee from dunkin donuts alot. At least now most of the candy is sugar-free.
She has had quite a few medical problems this year and the doctors have told her to also eat a salt free diet.
Does anyone have suggestions on what to eat without salt, sugar, and low-carb?

Hmmm, well basically when it comes to salt-free the only way to control that is to prepare fresh meals and cut out adding any salt. Most packaged foods contains salt, but fresh foods like vegetables, meat, and fruit do not. The Somersize cook books offer low carb/healthy whole wheat low carb meals and the only thing she would have to do is leave the salt out of the recipes. The books have been doing good things for diabetics.

As wonderful as it is, fruit is generally high in sugar and if your diabetic you do have to watch how much of it you eat.
