so most of yall know we gave up our parental rights to the scumbag we spawned after he beat the shit outta his mamma goin on 2 years ago..

so we get a call from his case worker today sayin she has a court order for his bycicle an playstation to be given to him.. hello he will be 18 in 5 months???

but thats not the issue..

see the agreement was that if he was arrested again before he was 18 hed face the assult and battery charge against his mother.. since then hes been arrested 2 times,, once for assult an once for sellin pot in a school zone..

do they do anything?? hell no!!

i just went an looked up his myspace account.. hes braggin about smokin weed an drinkin etc..

it just PISSES ME FUCKING OFF!!!!

so he gets away with murder under state custody,, an on top of that brags about it,.. an yet we who would never allow such things are constantly harrassed by the system

the juvenile system does suck bigtime. It sounds like he had a conditional dismissal at first, which would be why if he stayed out of trouble he wouldnt get charged with the original charges. Sounds like the DA is jacked up.

Did you call the juvenile DA or is that what DFACS is?

they are not suppossed to have any contact with us.. an the stupid bitch calls anyway..

if my lawyer tells me to give it up..

Wow, that's really awful hippiehillbilly. I can't even imagine going through that kind of crap. And the fact that he beat up his mama! Oh my goodness! She carried that boy in her womb for 9 months, fed and nurtured him, and that's what he does to his own flesh and blood? That's just horrible! It really saddens me. IM assuming that dilligaf isnt the mother of this son?? that its your wife?? so, really there are some rather unconventional values at home with his mother, and dilli?? or is dilli the mother??

just trying to figure it all out. I dont want to put the blame on you and the mother, but you know, alot of it has to do with the way you raise them. I dated a woman for awhile who had a 14 year old daughter, and she was very lax in punishments, and she was shocked that her daughter stole from her. I tried to assure her that kids do that. no matter how easy you make it for them, and loving you are to them, they will do anything to rebell against you...... so its probably best to set rules and to show them between right and wrong, because eventuallly they will respect you more for that. if my parents were adulterers, or they were extreme alcoholics, or they used drugs, or stole, or were violent, I think I would have become messed up as well.... but they werent, they had good moral values, which I didnt like at the time..... I didnt like the fact that I got punished for cussing, or not making my bed..... but really, it installed good morals into me. and I love them for that.

 

once again, IM not on your child's side here, for beating up his own mother.... but maybe yall could have prevented this by the way you raised him?? I mean, he did come from your loins, and is a product of you.... but trust me, I find that extremely fucked up for a son to beat up his own mother.

 

man i was never more than a road dog kid who left home at 15 came back to my roots at 22 an promptley a couple years later had a baby..

my kid spent his whole life in the woods except for school an school outings,, granmas trips etc..

yeah man i denied him a childhood..

no cable tv,.. no playstation ,(his mamma did that behind my back)..

no 4 wheelers,..

although me an dilli did buy him a 400 dollar mountain bike..

Yes, but then there are some mothers who do awful things. My mother in law let terrible things happen to her children, preferring to take sleeping pills and ignoring the horror of her household. So, carrying a child for 9 months doesn't really mean shit if their well being outside of the womb isn't a top priority. Not saying this in reference to hippiehillbilly, but just as a general statement.
