Device for Uncircumcised Men

I was wondering if there is any interest in a simple mechanical device I've invented many years ago that would retail for less than $15, that would allow an uncircumcised man to, in effect, be and look,feel and in every way be like a circumcised man. It is quickly and easily fitted or removed or cleaned, does not touch any part of the penis. In normal vaginal intercourse it does not come into contact with a womans body, therefore does not interfere with the act of sexual intercourse. In limited trials it was said to indirectly increase sexual intensity for both male and female. It is reusable with a life design of 2 years before a replaceable part of less than $2 would again extend its life for a further 2 years and so on indefinitely. The original model is now 10 years old with 3 generations of the replaceable part.
It works best if the man is able to have a normal erection.

My question is: Is it worth the effort to bring this product to market? Or, if you are an uncircumcised man, would you be interested in this device?

Elsewhere in this forum, a poll says that approximately 50% of men are uncircumcised. Please feel free to leave your comments.
