Hello, does anyone have any personal experience with body detoxing?
I have eaten unhealthy most of my life but a week or two ago I started
    Eating healthier.

The past few days I have pretty much only been drinking water and green tea and eating some fruits and vegetables.

    Any tips, advice is welcome.

    Thanks!!!

I think that's the only way: Stop eating crap. Eat healthier. Drink water.

I want fast food so fucking bad.
I'm pretty sure I was addicted to it.

I'm on my "lunch" break at work right now and my lunch
consist of a can of green tea with a shit load of anti oxidants in it and a bottle of water lol.

    KFC Original Recipe Drumstick
    140 calories
    8g fat, 2g saturated fat
Order one regular drumstick (avoid the Extra Crispy, which is just fast-food speak for "extra high in saturated and trans fats"), and fill up on the chain's better-for-you sides, such as corn on the cob or baked beans.

    KFC Potato Salad
    180 calories
    9g fat, 1.5g saturated fat
Made with red bell peppers, onions, celery, and about a tablespoon of mayo, this is a tasty, trans-fat-free alternative to the deep-fried Potato Wedges.

The good news, for red wine lovers, is that it really can cut your blood pressure.
The bad news is the alcohol has to be removed first.
Drinking non-alcoholic red wine might not sound as much fun, but for people at risk of heart problems it could be a lifesaver, it is claimed.
A study shows for the first time that natural antioxidant compounds in red wine – not the alcohol – are good for your heart health.

i think all those "detox" diets and "cleansing" is just a fad

your body detoxes itself, with liver and kidneys, etc.

so stopping eating shit food is good enough :)

You can start by drinking plenty of water and maybe fasting once in a while.

    This.

So, what you do to detox is drink a lot of water, to keep things moving through said detox organs, and don't eat unhealthy crap.

Also, some stuff, like garlic, is good for the liver/kidneys, and speeds their removal of things like heavy metals (though I forget which one garlic does... you probably don't have too much of it, but, you get my point)

Exercise REALLY helps, as a diabetic I can see this through insulin use. I can eat MORE carbs, and use HALF as much insulin, or less, when I'm working out daily. That means your body is working more efficiently, with less waste and more available energy from the same foods.

At least it's low in trans-fat. 9 g of fat per 180 calories is 5.7 g per 100 calories. That 's high for anyone who is interested in reducing fat from their diet (outside the debate of how much fat is too much).

McD has a grilled chicken sandwich that has about 2.5 g fat / 100 calories which is low.

I suspect that flavonoids in dark grapes and dark berries are part of the reason for the beneficial effects of dark wine on reducing blood pressure. Also, alcohol dilates the blood vessels. Flavonoids are also found in dark chocolate which is known to have an effect at reducing blood pressure.

I've mentioned the dark chocolate advantage to friends and they went out and bought a ton of unhealthy chocolates with fillings. A reasonable amount of dark chocolate per day is about the size of a Reese cup and just the dark chocolate (no fillings).

One large class of phytonutrients is called polyphenols. There has been a lot of interest in these compounds in the recent few years even though they have been used for centuries by healers. There are over 8000 different phenols and there are many as 14 classes. Some of the common ones are coumarins, flavonoids, phenolic acids, simple phenols, lignans, quinines, and xanthones. Over 2/3 of these polyphenols are in the class called flavonoids or bioflavonoids.

I guess they were not specific because it depends which type of red grape...

lol get lost with the fucking receipes and shit!!!

yea i basically have fasted the past 2 days, besides a little protein bar i ate earlier today. I prolly wont eat anything tommorwo, and just stick to fruits ad veggies for the nex tweek or two than gradually bring some food back in.

I didnt wanna type all this earlier cuz i was on my phone but im pretty sure diet plays a huge role in how my body feels. My body temperature is always really high and i feel super hot all of the time and i kind of get blotchy red spots after i eat bad food (which was always) on my face and neck.

So thats the main reason im doing this.

As far as detox goes, did you ever consider getting Odon completely out of your system?
