Desperate for a boyfriend..?!?

Arrrgh I hate it! Many high school girls are desperate for a boyfriend. Every guy they meet is an option for boyfriend-to-be. They chase guys, they text them all the time and are stupid and believe in crazy romantic histories. They read Nicholas Sparks (nothing against him) and think that everything in the book could happen and they hope for it.

GOD! And the worst part is that they keep posting romantic posts on facebook and it keeps showing up on my facebook and i can't ignore or delete them because they are "friends". So freakin annoying!! And they wonder why they cant find boyfriends..

Oh well, I feel like a bitch now.

what most girls do not know is that most guys do not even take a relationship seriously. they just have a girl friend to score some lucky pussy or just to have a cuddle buddy or really close female friend or whatever. but they are not trying to fall in love or anything.

so my best advice is make sure you do not have babies with any of these guys.

 

I don't think Maluhia meant that she is desperate for a bf, she is annoyed because others are.

But i don't really see what the problem is. It's natural that people want to have gf/bf, or that they just want sex, all the more when they're in high school and have just started having a sex life. Talking about potential lovahs is entertaining.. no?

 

Yeah I'm a guy and I'll be honest I want a real relationship one day but I don't think every girl who you date is going to be your life long partner. it's how it is. we want sex and affection as humans, but just because you give that or receive it doesn't make you special in the other sexes eyes soemtimes that's all it is.

 

there is a dynamic shift - it seems as though women's standards drop as they get older

men's do not quite as much. it's all a question of age.

 

In desperation you find not what you want or need, you find what suffices. I apologize if I'm reading the OP wrong but this is my take.

Stop claiming desperation, its only a warp that feeds you into thinking you really ARE desperate. Its quick sand I tell ya. In its early stages you can re look at your previous behavior and mistake it for being a 'bitch' when really you are just feel a little lonesome. Listen, you seem nice, thoughtful and literate. I'm sure that there is a guy who is equal with you on those traits. I shouldn't make any suggestions really, as I'm a guy. My best attempt at advice would sound something like 'Take it easy' and other crap that just wont help. My head is in the right place though, count on that.
