does anybody use nutritional yeast? i've been a vegetarian for about 6 years, and i haven't heard much about it.
i go to a very veggie friendly school now and see people carrying it in small jars to the cafeteria (we have a vegan one and a regular one that has several veggie options at every meal) to sprinkle on their kale and what not.
anybody know much about it and its benefits?
    just curious, thank you!!

Red Star vegetarian support formula is the only easy vegan b12 source.
other brands don't have much if any B12.

it tastes fermented, because it is, and most people "read" that as cheesey.
