i went to a rod stewart concert and when he came up on stage, he puked a quart of semen... he still gave a great show though
One of the raddest things I've seen was this guy with no legs crowd surfing all around the club. He was a cool motherfucker.
i saw a guy jump off the balcony during a slipknot show, i did not however see him get up. Ive seen guys dressed in crazy shit at shows too. a group of 4 guys at a WSP show were dressed as robin hood, a guy at a phil lesh show had waiters and a fly fihshing jacket and pole.
MIK and Bowie did hang around and it was those crazy 80s. but no question Freddy Mercury was the biggest consumer.
NOT my story, but from the guitarist whom I'll leave unnamed (I 'm not sure how I didn't notice this woman) at Sherpa & Yeti's/ Breckenridge a woman came up to my friend as he was putting away his gear. Now, he cannot resist being the focus of attention, esp. women's attention, so he flirts. She was quite taken with him (40 yo men, rejoice, a college girl hitting on this grey head) and starts humping his knee. He freaks a bit, not knowing what to do,and somehow slips away. I got the story the next night enroute to Denver.
i was rocking the fuck out ive been to shows from ludacris to hank williams jr to manson to phish. i love all music. Ill go see anyone. espically when i know people working at the venues. i also work tech support for a venue so i get in free alot.
I saw Brian Wilson, and when he played Surfing USA, there was a group of people crowd surfing...Literally.
Hm. I saw Xavier Rudd carry a wheelchaired girl onstage while people were dancing onstage as well and he hugged them all. I saw the walls and floor of the bunker and the people swirling into weird shapes as I tried to make it to the exit (this was 5 seconds prior to fainting due to lack of oxygen). I was being hoisted up from the murky floor by grim but friendly longhaired men which is never a bad thing. This was as a (very bad) free black metal concert. I saw the stage at an Iced Earth concert and everyone on it really well as a really big man I'd never seen before hoisted the 15 year old me upon his shoulders without warning or anything, cause I couldn't see shit. These were nice moments, though not too weird.
At a Yonder show i saw some people smoke pot from an apple... but the craziest thing was some girls picked up the apple later and ate it.
I see a lot of crap thrown at Yonder while they are playing. Not sure what's up with that. SCI gets it from time to time. I remember Billy shewing out someone from the stage, pretty angry.
