i just don't understand why kerry didn't defuse the situation. the guy may have been a bit of a wingnut but he didn't deserve that kind of treatment.. all kerry had to do was tell them to stop,an im sure they would have...

all i know is it could have and should have been handled differently.

fuckin politicians,,there all power hungry, self serving scumbags...

The fucking guy was a nut case. All he was doing was being disruptive. He kept on and kept on and wouldn't let kerry respond.

I expect you'll be voting for john mccain? the spinless fuck.

I do not think he was a nutcase. are you serious??? Hes fucking outraged like most other people in the world, not just americans, about the state of that country!! He gets to speak up to a politican who was directly related to a huge questionable scandal, and has alot to get out. I would too.

Political speech is SUPPOSED to be the most protected speech there is.Kerry's a fucken millionaire,self-serving prick like the rest of 'em.People better start reading the constitution --"if the government no longer serves the needs of THE PEOPLE,it is our duty to ALTER OR ABOLISH IT!!!"How long is it going to take for people to get pissed?-------oh yeah-I remember-they won't.At least not enough of us.

This more or less explains the situation. Perhaps the police studied at the Blackwater school of private security forces.

First I heard of this was yesterday morning on the radio on the way in to work. The DJs played the thing about 5 times, and all they did was say what an asshat nutcase this kid was and that he deserved it. He didn't threaten anyone, he didn't have a weapon, he had questions. I guess it's not ok to be pissed off in this country anymore at your leaders. And if we ask the wrong questions, this is how we get treated. Gawd, maybe the kids lucky there wasn't a "lone assassin" in the crowd. *rollseyes*

guy was rude and tuned everyone off of his message as soon as he started, but shouldnt have been tasered. i think he wanted to be tased more than he wanted an answer from kerry(which he wouldn't have gotten anyway). what he should have done was wait like evryone else, been discreet and then when it was his turn to ask a question BAM hit him with a good one.

and when pigs are beating or tasing you DO NOT STRUGGLE! especially if it's on video. that way they cant claim "resisting" all the time and people cant pretend that the obviously excessive force was justified.

now i'll have to hear "Don't tase me, bro" for at least another 3 days.

btw, tasers are not entirely non-lethal.

'nutcase', my way of saying inappropriate (uncivil). Although we're probably at the point that we should be acting uncivil. BUT, as was stated, there's not enough of us who would get involved to make any difference.

    BTW, you're absolutely gorgeous.

Exactly. The guy was rude as hell. Turned people off more than getting his point across. Fact, he had no point. He was talking about how kerry should have been prez and how fucked up bush is and how clinton got a b/j and got impeached for it (btw, he was impeached for lying under oath (at least that was the excuse, actually it was a waste of taxpayers money to promote the right))

And no, I'm not particularly for obama. I'm not against him either. I actually campaigned for john kerry last election. I haven't made my mind up yet, who would be the lesser of the evils (I do know dems are less than reps, that much is sure).

Hillary is unelectable. I'm just waiting to see how the scene plays out.

i dont vote for evil regardless of wether it's less than or not. i might vote for Ron Paul if he makes it far enough, otherwise i probably wont vote or will go 3rd party.

i don't normally vote for republicrats.

I guess I can see your point of view. I mean, personally I feel that acting un-civilly is just the first thing that comes to my mind because I am so enraged like half the people, but at the same time when you are dealing with such a high security, high patrolled event, on emust definately play it cool.

    btw thanks :D

Also...coupla questions....I dont understand what exactly about hilay clinton is SO unelectable? SEcond of all does anyone find it weird obama has a book ALREADY? That guy.....makes me wonder...he seemingly (for me) popped out of nowhere...

Resisting arrest is not a crime, especially if it is an unjust arrest, it is your civic responsibility.
