I wouldnt really bother, laws change from country to country, in the uk you just need to put a copyright notice. I would just watermark your photos in photoshop.

How big do you want to print your prints?

in germany, your work is automatically copyrighted. you don't need to do anything as long as it is your work, you always have the rights to your own things.

If you have only digital artwork, putting a watermark on them will keep people from downloading them and printing them themselves

I'd guess you'd just have to put a copyright notice on the print, all you have to do in the UK.

Not really sold much stuff, and no I dont find it hard, chucked most of my work away apart from stuff I've done in the last year or so. A couple I would miss though :)

do what you do!!! if you feel the lecturer's have something to share with you, see what they have to share. i think if you just follow that heart, and love that good god of yours, and you know it'll be how it's supposed to. that doesn't mean do everything yourself - be the lone gypsie, even though there is beauty in that =P. just, do what you feel, take it slow, and witness all the beauty manifest itself around you as life and your dreams take off. painting, and whatever.

=P i'm writing this here for you, and for me right now in my own life, and all my funky dreams that are being sat on =P

much much muchhhh love, god bless, and peace.

Something you may want try would be taking a photograph of your work & mailing it to yourself. As long as it's sealed and stamped by the postal service (which should include a small printed date when it was stamped) it'll hold up in court as evidence that you possessed the original work prior to the date the party in question sold your work...
Not exactly sure how the courts work where you are but I know this will work in the states. The important thing is making sure it remains sealed. The judge has to open it.
