Cops took my mushrooms...

A couple weeks ago I was pulled over for a brake light being out... The real problem though was that Austin Nichols decided to make his Wild Turkey smell so strong... Anyway I was arrested the car was searched and mushrooms were found. Ive had a couple of possesion and paraphanelia charges but I was wondering if anyone could give me a heads up on what to expect as a charge on this one... I know the maximum can be pretty bad but it was only four grams and my first felony offence... Im from Kansas city and if anyone from around here knows what I can expect Id like to try and prepare myself.

 

ya depending on what state ur in, those mushrooms could be a felony
