Peanut butter cookies are good for breakfast too. 1 cup chunky peanut butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup granola with raisins, chopped dates, or nuts for crunch. Mix ingredients. Drop onto cookie sheet in round teaspoonfuls and bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool before transferring to a plate or jar (they're crumbly). If using non-hydrogenated peanut butter, stir batter occasionally before dropping onto the cookie sheet so that it stays together.
