Constipation...The Dreaded Shit

If you have ever used opiates for an extended period of time(days straight) you know what I am talking about. You don't really realize its happening until one day its like oh wow I need to poop. You sit down like everything is cool. But everything is not cool. Very far from it in fact. Its probably the worst pain you could ever feel taking that shit after its been 10 days. Its horrible. Like you got fucked by a train. Raped by a 12 inch cock in prison 10 times over.

After a few months of dealing with this I decided it was time to do something about it. I was tired of crying while I took a shit. So first thing I did was look into

a) stool softeners

These help but if you are a heavy user it doesnt make you shit any sooner. It just makes your shit softer so that when you actually do shit it isnt all hard and cuts your asshole as you are shitting.

The next thing I discovered which I have been using since which can be used in conjunction with (a) is

b)METAMUCIL

This here is a fucking lifesaver for the heavy opiate user. It is a fiber laxative that actually makes you shit more! Not on a completely regular basis but at least 3 times as much as you would without it. Use it 3 times a day. Even more than the recommend dose if you must(I must). But seriously its great. I finally am not scared to take a shit! I wont avoid it or delay it when i feel like I need to shit I just go because I know it wont be the worst experience of my life.

Dont get me wrong the first one or two will suck because you still have all that backed up shit but once you get all that out and you are using it regularly you will finally be able to shit nearly like normal again.

can help alot to if its the baby laxative kind.

But seriously fear shitting no more go grab some METAMUCIL at any grocery or pharmacy store in the laxative section take that shit you havent been able to do for who knows how long!

eat lots of cereal.. cereal is light and if youre one that gets sick on oppies..
put some mineral oil on your finger and pop it in the trunk.. Or warm water enema..

its the worst right after surgery (week or so) when you're taking lots of percocet and your bowels/bladder still aren't really working right because of the anesthesia, I didnt know what to do; not take my percocets and my broken bones throb or take them and feel like shooting myself whenever on the pooper

 

man i use a warm water enama because i hate THAT..my shits are always little pebbles that you try so hard and a fuckin turd the size of a pencil eraser comes out..the ones where a little water splashes up on your bum...so i tried the warm water enema and 2 minutes after you do it youre sprayin the toilet man..and you dont have to comedown to shit

Here's an interesting one though:

This happens quite a lot to me. I go to work, go about 8 hours without dope, come home feeling a little grotty but nothing major. As *soon* as I inhale some gear smoke I *suddenly* need a shit. Like the gear warns my body 'you're gonna be constipated, shit now NOW NOW while you STILL CAN'. lol.

Other than that though, I smoke dope every day, usually shit twice a day, doesn't really bother me.

ugh. id WELCOME constipation. every time i shit, i always get never ending wipes and end up using half a roll of toilet paper before my ass is fully clean.

if i take a shit when im somewhat constipated, it comes out hard and i can wipe very easily. but if i shit right away, i usually have to wipe 10-20 times before i feel good enough to pull my pants up

 

The warm water enema is what I use now as well. I take a gigantic daily dose of opiates so I barely shit now. Laxatives, stool softeners, metamucil, are useless for me, my boweels laugh at those. The only way to get anything out is to physically get something in. The warm water enema gets water in there and it is absorbed by the shit, and unlike the fleet salt enemas your bowels dont reject it quickly(unless you have to go very badly), so the water can be absorbed. And then you either shit a soft normal shit with a bit of straining, or shit just flies out as soon as you sit on the bowl.

I know the feeling of those little pebble shits all too well. Suboxone constipates me like no other opiate I've ever done, I swear. I'll spend a minimum of fifteen minutes straining and pushing just to shit out rabbit sized turds. I might honestly try Metamucil pretty soon.

 

SO how do I go about this warm water enema. because as much as i swear by the metamucil I do do so such a high quantity of opiates that I still dont shit enough.

Does it matter how you use? I've been slamming hydromorphone for a while and it really only affects my urinary retention. So does doin it IV differ from oral/rectal/nasal when it comes to the constipation problem? Or does it really depend on the substance?

 

Well IV use of any substance has been shown to cause worse WDs than other methods of use. So I'd guess it prob does affect side effects

 

i took a dreaded shit in the trees behind a closed rest stop on 495 today. i was still jammed but i hadn't done a shot in a few hours and i guess there was enough shit in me that it just forced itself out. honestly, the relief i felt after that may have been better than a shot of dope. not better than a shot of hyrdomorphone + dope... but then again, what is?

oh man it is wonderful! Diluadid is a bitch to prep cause there's sooo much filler in the pill so you gotta use a lot of water and I recommend a large, pre-wet (dunked in water) cotton to avoid it getting clogged.

After you get your Dil shot prepped, just put the h in your spoon, and use the Dil water to dissolve it. I use just a little bit of heat for the Dilaudid (3-5 seconds, it clears up a little but cooked longer and it gets goopy). You can heat the dope (+dil water) like you would normally, except don't let it boil at all or you risk losing hydromorphone.

SHOOT THAT SHIT!

its good. its great. its the best opiate rush combined with (arguably) the best opiate high.

I didn't mean to basically write a TEK for the dilaudid and dope shot but im mad fucked up. Hopefully someone tries it though, and they can thank me later.
OBVIOUSLY BE CAREFUL, DO LESS OF EACH DRUG THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD. MAYBE 1/2 TO 2/3 OF EACH. PEACE

You should go buy a fleet enema first and use it to see how it works and if you like it. Theyre like a dollar and where the laxatives are at any store. The water with it isnt warm/hot water but a salt like water, it still works. Use it as the directions tell you to. You could even reuse its bottle until you bought a reusable enema bottle like I have.
