Do you prefer cold pizza or hot pizza?

I actually like pizza better when it's cold, and most people tend to disagree.

Just like I think spaghetti is better the next day after it's been reheated because then all the sauce soaks into the noodles and it is heaven....yum............. [IMG]

I do indeed have a testicle and let me tell you, it is fabulous!

Sadly, I only have 1, the other was tragically bitten off by a Saigon Whore.

I don't like to talk about it much....

I swear I love cold pizza more than hot pizza. I always get a large serving of pie, eat a couple of pieces, and I have cold pizza to last me for the next two days. I LOVE COLD PIZZA.

Yeah, but this is coming from a person who has probably never had New York style pizza.

    Hey, hey, hey now.

What about Chicago style pizza? Huh?

Since we're getting cities involved now.

    Chi-town represent. Uh.

    I wondered about Chicago too.

Mostly I just like either making homemade pizza myself of the small shops on the coast (mostly) that make the thing, homemade dough that has homemade sauce and good cheese. Simple but delicious. At home I love to load on the veggies.

Ooooo...... I love homemade pizza too. :D I'd have it more often, but it's a pain in the ass to make and delivery is so convenient.

I mean, the food comes to you. Screw hunting and gathering.

    I'm such a lazy American. :D

I love veggies on my pizza as well. And pepperoni, but no sausage. Blech.

Yeah, delivery is much more convenient :D

Dough if you make it from stratch can take hours to rise to do it right. When I have a day off and lazy time though I love that best. :D

    Ahhhhh......

See, I do the half assed way of making pizza.

I buy the already made Boboli crust thingy and load it with sauce and cheeses and veggies........oooooooo man.

Yours does sound much better though, I must admit.

One of my biggest hobbies is making home made food... I really enjoy it. I put on the music, sample stuff in the process, crack open a beer, dance around a bit... it relaxes me :D So I really do enjoy the long slow process of making food from stratch (when I have the time and energy)....

I've thought about "well, I like this- should I become a chef and then start a restaurant?" But I came to the conclusion that is not for me because it's so fast paced that I wouldnt like it for the same reason anymore. If I cook to relax... yeah...

Let's just make sure we all understand this... There is only one kind of pizza. It comes from New York, and is preferably made with italian hands.

There are other things around the country that are very good to eat and resemble pizza, but yet are not pizza.

The same could be said of bagels (except those should be made by jewish hands)

    Jewish hands:

Note how the Italian hands are thick and rough, making it easy to spin pizzas, add sauce and participate in gang warfare.

Now note the Jewish hands, soft, sad, perfect for gently making bagels and counting mass loads of money.
