Yes. I took the pictures over the course of my April / May 2004 vacation. They are not copyrighted and anyone is welcome to use them as they see fit.

It would be nice to be given some credit somewhere if they are used.

old story, not enough hours in the day to do it all and I've
still got plenty more things to do in the meantime.

Scored a nice houseboat right up the street from the Central Coffeeshop/ 10min max from the central station. Have you ever been there for queens day before? hey ictricity, where you get the dried shrooms, all I found were fresh ones in the smart shops once again nice pics trying to rent us a boat for queens day so we can cruise the canals in style....we'll have to take shifts being the hammered captain steering that bad boy around if I get it LOL can you imagine!! these girls I'm bringing have no idea what there heading into the great city of amsterdam!! later gator

 

Since dried shrooms are technically illegal I'd rather not say where on here but I'll fill ya in in person.

A boat huh?!! Man, that would be the way to do Queensday in style. Especially if the weather is as nice as last year! Good times will be had regrdless.

Last year I started out down in Leidseplein and worked my way up to Nieuwmarkt Centraal Station, Damrak basically all over. There were all kinds if bands from rock to jazz to pop along the way. It really wasn't that bad getting around imo, but I was by myself while cruising until later in the evening.

 

I'm gonna hold ya to that, those fresh shrooms are hard to choke down lol Still trying to get us a boat for queensday but no replys back to my inquires on a few websites that offered rental boats. my sister is renting an apartment right on nieuwmarkt and my houseboat is close by toward centraal station. where you staying this year? later onca again nice pics!

I'll be staying down by Leidseplein but will have a tram pass to get back and forth to Centrum, Nieuwmarkt and elsewhere with ease.

Man, I hope you can swing the boat! That'd be the way to go on Queensday or any other day for that matter.

A crawl is definitely in order. We'll have to plan it for 10:30 or 11:00am and spend a good portion of the day checking out the best shops. Amnesia, Grey Area, Dampkring, etc., etc. You gonna have a Tram Pass so we can hit Katsu and some of the places down South?

 

will definitely have a tram pass or a amsterdam pass when you arriving in a-dam? some good blues/rock bars in your area like melo and the waterhole (formerly the last waterhole) If we can't get a boat maybe a paddle boat for 4 with a cooler of heiney's at hand will surfice. 45 days to go!!

 

Get in on the 27th at 6:30am and stay through the 04th as things stand, but I'm looking at extending my stay through the 06th to catch Memorial Day.

Live Music in Leidseplein is a "must-do". We can hit Dolphins for a warm-up and then roll into whatever happens to be in our way. Look forward to it mi amigo.

Right On - Central CS from 7:30am - 8:30 or so. I'll be there with a big doob rolled and waiting. Well maybe burning, but theres more where that came from.
