the old hippie speedball. I start most mornings off this way. Today its a joint of Black Domino with a side of Dark Roasted Coffee from my boy in Hawaii. THe combination is usually rather pleasant. I tend to get myself all jacked up with the joint taking off most of the edginess and gives me a focused high for the morning office.
Yeah I'm by a freeway watching the cars passed by. While I smoke and drink my coffe and let me tell you it feels great. It kinds smooths my high. I'm not scared at all not paranoid but yet I'm aware I'm so high right now. You guys should try it ps. Ill get home and upload the pics

A hot cup of Hazelnut coffee and a joint or bowl is always nice in the morning. My friend and i used to go to her x-girlfriends house and sleep over there and her dad lived next door and he was a real old school guy and he would always wake us up at the crack of dawn for 'breakfast.' Our breakfast was a hot cup of coffee and a joint waiting for us. Nice way to start your morning.
Coffee, well caffeine specifically speeds up blow flow and opens up the airways in the lungs, so caffeine may literally get you higher but your lungs absorbing more THC per hit. In reality though the difference in THC absorbed wouldn't be that great, most THC in smoke is absorbed within a few seconds of being inhaled.

coffeeshops in The Netherlands usually sell both coffee AND weed for a reason. they go well together. a favorite way to start a day's walk through Amsterdam: nice cup of coffee and a 100% sativa joint.

Some think I'm nuts but I'll put coffee in the bong, especially some strong flavored like hazelnut. The combination in taste is pretty awesome. ... and no I don't drink the coffee afterwards, that would be pretty nasty.

If you're accustomed to having a few drinks at a club, coffee instead can be nice change. Unless you're around a lot of really drunk people.
