How can you tell the difference between cocaine and crack? I know there is a way to tell by heating it up or something but I dunno exactly what is supposed (or not supposed) to happen.

Most of the cocaine I see comes as rocks that you gotta crush down into powder. Its just these rocks are a lot harder. Its not nearly as potent to snort, I can't really tell. Is it crack or just crappy coke?

Place some powder on a bit of tin foil and put a flame to the powder, if it sizzles its regular coke if it crackles its crack.

The difference is cocaine is a powder, even as a rock its compressed powder you could probably crush up pritty easily with a razor or card or something. Crack is cocaine cooked into "freebase" as ppl would call it I guess. I dont call it freebase cuz its just smokable coke. Only difference is crack is a whole new game. when you snort a line you go up then down, wears off and you sketch. With rock you take a big hoot(which his tricky cuz that shit burns all fucked up) but if you do it right itll melt down and crackle like crazy, cherry itself and youll feel a burning go down your throat. Most ppl hold it in cuz its kind of a piss off exhali ng a giant cloud and not feeling much. All I can say about cocaine is if you wanan try it and think you can handle it and not go back for more, go ahead, if you wanna smoke crack you better not have any more money with you, not your debit card, credit card, savings money , other peoples shit etc;. Because what feels like a good thing to do when you sketch is noticed as complete stupidity when you wake up the next day saying to yourself "I cant believe I spent all my money on that shit". I consider it as a once in a blue moon type of thing, only because I hate crackheads.

like everyone else said, crack is a pretty durable, but coke should be easily broken up even in rock form.

    coke > crack

I've done both and I actually like coke more, in spite of crack being way "better".

If you are after a high, crack is a hundred times more intense than snorting coke. And the come down is proprtionatly bad.
