Cloning ...in water?

Hey...Im thinking about cloning, and am ready to follow the basic formula for cloning...BUT...Ive read that you can simply put your cut into a glass of water unitl it produces roots? They say the only draw back is when you plant to soil it takes several days for the roots to adapt?

 

You can buy it takes a couple weeks or more to get roots,ya need to ph the water as well as replace it often!A little seaweed in the water speeds up root developement!Takes alot of time is the downfall!
