Anyone have or had one? I will need to be getting one for job interviews (and possible future office job) and I was just wondering how well they work in terms of being *sort of* undetectable or unobvious. I've never actually seen one on anyone so I don't know how they look. Anyone? I'm hoping they do the job as I don't want to have to remove my nose ring for an employer, although I might have to....so ridiculous is corporate office attire.

how long have you had your nose peirced?
I used to have to take mine out for work too, but I would just take it out and put it right back in when my shift was over. Couldnt you do that?

No unfortunatley. I've had it pierced for 4 years....but it begins closing in just a few hours of taking it out even now. I've actually recently taken it out for a day and it closed on me in one day! So now I don't have it in at all as I needed to repierce it and I don't want to do it myself. So I'm actually going to get it redone again and while I am there hopefully find a clear ring that does the job. My nose heals incredibly fast which is good, but not if I want to remove the ring. Same with all my other piercings.

an awesome idea that someone who does piercings gave me - get a tiny flat topped silver stud and paint the top with flesh colored nail polish. if anyone notices, tell them you are sensitive about your little mole and to shut up lol.

sarahstar -- thats a great idea, very creative!

Elle -- I used to work with a girl who used a clear nose stud while she was at work. It was pretty tiny and not very noticeable. You gotta look for them to notice them.
