Chunky glass?

I just want to know if they're legit I've been ripped off before trying to buy a bong so..... Anyone have 'personal' not a friends experince with them?

 

I would also like to know. I've thought about buying some things from them for about a month, but I don't want to wait 3 weeks only to realize I've been ripped off.

 

from what i've heard and seen its legit. go with the cheapest shpping service though, cause it takes weeks to even ship... their customer service is shit.. but.. they ARE legit.

 

Joker has bought from them before as have others from this forum, and there have been multiple threads posted about their business. Yes it does take awhile for you order to be processed usually, but they won't straight up rip you off. Sounds like you tried to buy from a middle eastern bong site.

Horrible customer service, product was not at all as it looked on the website. The best part of all my piece came with a nice big crack in it

@OP.. you know me.. I'm a respected member of these forums.. and I will tell you this.. I HAVE ordered from CGP.. a Rasta Glass Blunt.. i DID receive it in somewhat decent timing... a lil over a week i think.. she emailed me saying she had a family issue to attend to so the shop was closed for a few days... but i did receive my pipe.. its in my collection photo in another thread... so i have had good experiences with them...

BUT heed the warnings of these other threads... I have heard she is a selective scammer.. shes defended it by saying employees were stealing the "shipped" items.. so its a coin toss dude..

lotusglass.com is legit.. i ordered a GonG converter slide for my old BlueDot... took a couple weeks cuz it was a custom sized order.. but worked out great.. and they got some sick glass on there...

 

anyone know how Northwest Glass Art is? legit or no?

 

Northwest Glass Art is basically the same thing as Chunky. I was going to buy from Chunky but I thought it was a bit sketch so I just went and bought from a head shop, only costs about 20% more then ordering from Chunky and you get it right away and in good condition, plus if there is some unforseen problem you can just go back to the store. Just pay the extra and be assured of decent service. I am unimpressed with Chunky from what I've heard and will never order from them ever. Probably never from any online sight.

 

We have a 30 day return policy. Send it back and I will replace it or issue a refund.

 

I dont appreciate being called a scammer because its not accurate. I dont rip anyone off. If I did my credit card processor Ive had for 9 years would drop me....I admit our customer service has been poor, but thats it. I am working hard to find decent employees but you have no idea how difficult that is. I want you all to know I hear you and am aware of our problems. I promise they will be fixed very soon as I would like to stay in business.
