I never knew until I watched the credits. I have never heard anyone call him that in the movie, though!

 

You mean Cheech being "Pedro". Towards the beginning he say to the cop "yeah it's Perdo DePacas, doesn't it say on the License?" Cuase the cop wanted to know what Chongs name was by Cheech though the cop was talking to him but he wasn't he was talking to Chong but he barfed instead so Cheech said "uh. . his name is Ralllllllllllllllllllllllph man" right now this is very appropriate cause right now I'm really high and so it makes sense to think about that now cause in that scene they were really high too so I taling about cheech and chong and I'm, really high, hehe I'll stop this now.

BTW, to whoever said that Chong's name was Marc in the movie but never heard him called that, watch it again and listen closer. In the beginning where Chong is making a smoothie and having a talk about that "goddamned Finsklestein shit kid" you'll hear his father call him "Anthony" once and only once, but clear and distinct to be sure.

Now I know I have seen that movie WAY too many times, LOL.
