Sure looks like a daffodil to me,but I could be wrong...

 

it is in the narcissus family, daffodils, jonquils, not sure which particular name that one has. they are some of my very favorite flowers

Coconut milk yogurt is tasting good but pretty runny.
It's like a YOP. I'll see if I can strain it but I don't think that'll work because it's not a curd/whey situation.

 

i was wondering about that. what type of recipe did you use? the site i found says you should use a thickener. you can also strain it, but cheesecloth isnt going to do it, holes too big. a tea towel, or a clean cotton rag (like from a pillowcase or sheet) washed in a sink with vinegar (detergent clings to clothes, vinegar cuts through it, and dissipates. rinse well anyway)

I use t-shirt jersey.

I think I'll just stick to regular milk yogurt after this. It's cheaper and you don't need to add anything. I just wanted to experiment and coconut milk was on sale.
