    Morning guys n gals

Just finished up a book I've been reading about shamanism.... made a nice breakfast of pineapple, blueberries, raspberries, oranges, grapes and apples, and just got back from taking my dog a nice long walk. I've started a supplement regimen with my girlfriend and I'm feeling phenomenal from it :)

Nice day here, warm and lots of sun. How is everyone this morning?

thanks! I've been following the model of "put good in, get good out" lately and its done wonders for just about every single area of my health, physical and mental. Exercise has been a big part of that too... Human beings just aren't designed to sit at a desk all day staring at an artificially lit screen. We're hunters and we need to get that explosion of energy out somewhere... since we're so far removed from our normal process of killing wild animals and cooking and eating them, we have to channel that energy into going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, or other physical exercise regimens...

and btw thanks for the rep the other day, appreciate it :) and I'm happy to see you got some recognition for the amazing photographs you take... I love looking through your albums!

For supplements I'm on a great multivitamin which also contains a bunch of different herbs and nutrients, additional vitamin D, antioxidant complex comprised of 15+ super antioxidants, krill oil, saint johns wort, a mixed greens supplement comprised of concentrated extracts of many different vegetables and fruits, nootropic supplement for enzymes and neurotransmitters and supplements needed for optimum brain health, hemp protein, a mushroom immune complex comprised of 16 medicinal mushrooms and mushroom mycelia, cordyceps mushroom supplement for energy, amino acid complex, 5-HTP, SAMe, and a couple various things at night such as melatonin and lettuce leaf extract (both great for inducing sleep and vivid dreams). Also drinking a couple shakes made with protein, kale leaves, and several other healthy ingredients a few times a week.

So far its had its benefits across the board... I feel better on a cellular level, which is an awesome thing :2thumbsup:

and really what you eat can make or break your day :sunny:

    and thank you chad :)

For sure... I always opt for more natural methods of exercise when possible, preferring anything in nature. Unfortunately living in New York, I find it very hard to get motivated to go outside and get my physical exercise in the winter... having to bundle up and shit, your face feeling like its going to get frost-bite....And I find I usually get too lazy in the winter because of my dislike of cold weather, so I've been trying to take care of that with regular trips to the gym in the winter months.

    that'll do it :2thumbsup:

    missed you brother

nope...remember my water pump blew the day before i was to buy the saw...

my daughter lent me her axe..it is made in sweden and is actually 200 dollars to buy......i can split an 18 inch piece 1 foot in diameter with 1 wack

its real sweet....almost fun till you realize how sore and sweaty you are

the saw will have to wait now cause next month i need to buy a few hundred gallons of oil for the furnace
