No. Let me put it this way - It's so loud that the dog is crying at the door to get out of the room but I'm not going back there and opening the door to let her out.

 

I got new insulation for my house. Its called snow.

 

It's so loud that the cat that is in heat is crying at the bedroom door to get in, lol

 

It snowed here yesterday. On the news it looked like Atlanta GA was a pure mess.

I've done something to my back...the upper left middle part, sort of at the bottom of the round part of the shoulder blade...its a place you cannot touch or rub yourself. gad

I was supposed to go to work today, but I couldn't even get out of the drive. Honestly I didn't try very hard, or not at all. I didn't tell them about my back. I'm not on schedule for the rest of the week, and they don't realize it, but I was done a huge favor. I guess tomorrow I'll find a chiropractor.

Initially, it was at work when I picked up this huge ass (5 gallon) container of tea and walked maybe 10 feet, I began to have chest pains. I put it down. Someone helped me get to the lobby and pour it over into the urns. This back pain came after that. dammit! I would NEVER admit I did a thing at work, or that pains of any kind began there...if they tested me my thc levels might set off some kind of alarm.

 

Aeri, I think that is mightily funny about your daughter and her loud sex. LOL

 

try putting a tennis ball in a sock, lean against the wall and use the ball for pressure. you could also use a golf ball if you need a sharper pressure.

 

That's a good idea. I've been sleeping on a heating pad, which helps some. I don't even know how to describe this pain. The last time it hurt like this I wound up having to go to acupuncture.

2 things make acupuncture out of the question/unrealistic now: #1 - the lady no longer works in town but in about 30 or 40 miles away AND the sessions are now $115. Even if the acupuncture could be afforded, I am "challenged" (retarded deficient) when it comes to navigating in cities outside of the one I live it.


I've got to do something...I really don't want to lose this job and there is no way I can work like this.

 

Look up some safe stretches online and try going for walks, as much as you can manage without causing yourself a lot more pain. Walking is really good for loosening you up. I would also suggest taking an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or naproxen, but I tend to avoid pain killers like tylenol or codeine when my back hurts because I want the pain to warm me about which movements to avoid.

But take all that with scepticism, because I am far from a doctor, haha.

 

Our dog has been having problems with itchy skin and we think that it might be caused by a food allergy, apparently it is pretty common for his breed. Last night we made him food - chicken, white rice, and some finely chopped mixed veggies all mixed up together. He loves it, gobbled it down faster than he has eaten any of the canned or dry food we've bought him before. Not too expensive to make either.

It was the first time I've purchased or cooked chicken in over 7 years.

 

i use ibuprofen for my back pain, i only use heavier meds if it is really bad. i have a few leftover from dental surgery. not many now. i better not fuck myself up.

supposed to snow more today. i went to bed at a more reasonable time than usual, i just dont feel like i got any sleep. bleh.

 

my back is sore 24/7....the thc pills detach my brain from the pain

My back only ever really bothers me when I acutely injure it somehow. Luckily I don't have chronic back pain.

 

my big thing is crepitance....titanium parts sliding over soft tissue on a regular basis....if you put your hand flat on the small of my back it feels like a subway is under there


Crepitance means a crackling or grating sound- and it is most often used to refer to bones rubbing against one another.

 

I have chronic back pain and nothing works... Everything else hurts too, arms, legs, hands, etc. Pain will stop someday, when I die.

Maybe you need to grow some medicinal plants on that nice piece of property you own now
