I think hes just asking about the interaction between antidepressants and pot/LSD. Ive heard that it can detract for the effects of psychedelics, and in some cases can be dangerous. I dont think it would have any effect on weed, though.

listen man, i've been bipolar for years. you name it i've been on it. & i have no idea what it would do to ur young bod. but mine is 40 and has been pumping psychatropic drugs into it for 12 years. BUT i only weigh a buck fit-een dig?
I toke on a regular basis and get drunk on special occasions with my friends from home. Only problems i ever had is now i get hangovers. that might be cuz i'm old now too. so, what have we learned? the thing i didn't tell u is that i don't know if the memory deficits and language recall i've lost, which can be a side effect of bipolar meds, can happen using weed and booze. u take 'er easy. The Dude abides

i'm not bipolar, its just for depression and emotional stability.

which has gotten better since use of LSD.

well, i think i'm just gonna cut out lsd, and i don't drink/smoke too muchh, so i should be okay.

Celexa is good stuff (for what it is meant for) but don't drink with it. You've been warned.

Celexa is an SSRI, which can be deadly if mixed with prescription MAOIs like Thioridazine. The greatest risk would be for serotonin syndrome, which can be caused by taking any 2 serotonin-increasing substances together (i.e. Prozac and Tryptophan). Celexa doesn't increase your production of serotonin, it just inhibits its reuptake, causing it to stay in the brain longer. Ecstasy could be dangerous, as could Tramadol, Propoxyphene, or Ergotamine, but weed and some of the other less "hard drugs" should be alright....and I stress SHOULD.

Check out www.epocrates.com for Celexa's contraindications/interactions. It's got all the info on mixing prescription drugs, including cannabinoids, ergotamines, opiates, amphetamines, psychiatric drugs and meds for physical conditions of all sorts.

(I just started Prozac again and was curious about its interactions with my fave illicit substances, lol.)

there is no interaction with weed. ectasy will not work or will be greatly diminished in its effect.

little to no interaction with lsd that i know of, although it may alter it slightly or make it weaker--its always important to be in a good mood. i'd tend to chose L over shrooms, but the only classical psychedelic that could potentially be dangerous would be isomething like ayahuasca as codone elluded to. Interesting, I wonder if ergotamines interact.. i don't plan to try that one. tramadol might be bad as well.

Alcohol and antidepressants are generally a bad mix. Its extra tax on the liver and depressing the next day.
