I think this means, help I cannot boot from the win 98 cd
but I am not too sure
It could mean I boot to 98 and cannot see the cd drive.
If it boots but cannot see the drive then you just need to trawl the web looking for updated win 98 drivers. Not an easy task these days - google it try your luck
suggest going to the manufacturers website and looking in their tech support/downloads section

Windows 98 does not boot from the CD. You must use a Win98 boot floppy disc to boot the computer and keep the CDROM in the drive when you do it. Did I mention, the boot floppy needs to have the CDROM driver on it?
