meditation gets really easy after awhile.

I love it. It really takes me somewhere else.

yoga (more active than meditaion, forces you to make your breathing more normal), and possibly a valerian pill (sleeping pill, lower impact than most prescription types tho.... use sparingly, no tregularly still)

i dont want to be medicated for it becuase i only get these attacks like once every other week or so. how do you meditate if you cant stop thinking? i did try yoga before but my nieghbor would always look through the window and see me. i have to get curtains asap.

who cares if you get seen? its exercise and calming. pun a bedsheet to the wall while you do it if nothign else. valerian isnt exactly like medicating, like i said its not prescribed or anything, its a calming agent that is generally used to make a person tired. hence, insomnia + panic attack = something valerian can help with. whatever, not saying you have to take it, but its not like taking xanax or valium or anything like that.

and, once every other week is -really- often for panic attacks. i get them, well, excluding this year once every 2-3 years. this year, once every month or two for a little while, but theyve stopped thankfully. you need to deal with the root cause of them, because that is way too often

    i cant sleep either!!

    we could start a gang.

i cant sleep because off stress and i find aa nice relaxing walk with a fatty splaff and a flask of tea will chill me right out and make lying awake in bed for hours slightly easyer

Once every other week is a bit excessive for panic attacks.
