can u dread relaxed hair?!?!?!?!

    i have relaxed hair and i started my dreads a little less than a month ago im just really afriad my dreads will break off latrer down the road cause my hair was relaxed or will it even matter ? pls help!!!!!!

    hmm I don't know :S how did you start your dreads?

    I think you should use oil to keep the hair moisturized.

    backcombing, i hope i dnt have to cut and start over or have them fall out i would be sad :(

    I don't think so, what kinda hair did you have before you relaxed it? curly or afro?

    Well afro hair is very dry and tends to break of much faster than straight or curly 'whitehair', so if it's not a real afro I wouldn't worry much. It's just like bleaching and dying bad for your hair, but I don't think it would break of, so just moisturize well.

    well im also a mixed kid so my afro was very soft but thanks ill try moisterizeing and see wat happens thanks!! :)
