In the case there are two male plants, and one female - and lets say no one wanted to waste any thing that is harvestable, when should males be harvested?

Two males have the bud looking sprouts they've been noticable for about a week or longer - more have sprouted and they've gotten bigger. Should one dig up the male plants and relocate them until time to harvest, if so, is the harvest time different for males? would one want to cut them and begin drying them before they blow their load - as in right away?

You want to "harvest" or kill and remove it before it releases pollen.
