I think we could all get behind this song, but I just don't see it happening, sadly.

 

One of my all time favorite songs though it depresses me because I doubt it will ever be a reality.

there is nothing that we can do alone....we all just have to work together...keep our minds and our hearts focused on what we believe and I do believe things will change. I doubt that life will ever be what John Lennon hoped and dreamed it would....what many of us hope and dream it could be. I do believe though that if we keep at it...if we don't give up then things will change, even if it is only a little it'll be worth it all

 

i must really be a dreamer because i believe anything is possible. i think that the dreamers just have to stick together and never give up on our beliefs. sooner or probably later maybe the rest of the world will follow. and i have to believe that because if i don't what's the point?

 

i agree, if we are not aiming for better things we may as well give in, i think the world will get closer and more loving, i do believe this can happen, just individuals need to do it and spread the love

It already did come true...in the Soviet Union.


But John Lennon's dream (i.e. Communism) crumbled like so many stale crackers.

 

i don't believe the Soviet Union was communism, Lenin added his own parts in to Marxs view, and I also do not think communism was totally Lennons dream either, although they sound familiar, I do not feel this is what he was getting at

To assume something about him is laughable.

 

i think in this case the message is more important than the man.

 

it is the peaceful thing to do to achieve peace, we canhope and try and spread the message, but we can not fight for peace

 

i think if more people took peace seriously it would make a difference. it already did, just not enough for world peace. i dont think total peace will be achieved in this life but mabey one day the human race will get it right. Some people just dont take it seriously so the influence others not to take it seriously. Wow.. i just realized that there are alot of little cycles inside of one big life cycle.lol
nothin else to realy do except try to make people realize that it could happen.
