    Oklahoma have provisions in their laws that allow possession of the plant when it is not intended for human consumption. In Oklahoma, plain Salvia divinorum is legal, but extract-enhanced leaves are not.


    ok theres my laws... so they dont sell it at any stores anymore . But can i order it off the internet still?

    I'm pretty sure you couldn't order from the USA because they might get in trouble for smuggling illegal substances into the state...
