Call me a chauvinist but.....

....I really am put off by women who cuss a lot. I was over a few employees house tonight watching the baseball game. It was these two twin girls who work for me and one of their boyfriends who also works for me. Everytime a player on the Red Sox screwed up both of the girls would scream out, you fucking asshole this or that, get your head outta your fucking ass this or that.

Now as a 29 year old guy, I've had a fair amount of experiences hanging out watching sports with a group of guys with lots of yelling obscenities at the TV. I'm guilty of it myself a bit, hell if I watch a game with my brother and father we all can get a bit rowdy like that - though not to the extent that these two girls were going off.

For some reason though I find it kind of trashy when a woman gets all rowdy and starts cussing left and right.

 

haha i had a friend with a girlfriend like that...just a car ride with her would bum him out due to her excessive aggression towards other drivers.

 

if you hold double standards they should be across the board not just prefernces that suit you...

hehe well i do swear a lot i must be trashy:sunglasse . I guess i'm double standerd as well, i think men that swear a lot are stupid... ehh oh well nobody is perfect.

i swear a lot too although i dont really view it as a bad habit at i certainly dont think its trashy unless you are in a place where its not appropriatte.

 

right like i would never swear at my daughters school, just with my friends i do.

 

I'm sure you'd be put off by guys who were over zealous about their shoe shopping, what color they should die their hair for the upcoming gala event and whether or not they look good in a bikini.

Its not like I have an issue with women swearing. I honestly feel that people who don't cuss at all are just a little bit too uptight. But listening to these girls talk during the game, you'd think they were beer guzzlin' obese men with three month old doritos stuck to their back hair....just over the top trashy.

Swearing is just a bunch of words. I don't see the difference between a woman doing it and a man...as long as it's in an appropriate place.

Sorry but if I stub my toe hard and it hurts I just can't see saying "gosh darn it"...I'm gonna let out the big "Fuck" or "Goddamn it".

There is a time and place for everything and if I'm watching my favorite team on tv...I do have a tendency to cuss if they fuck up. Call me trashy...but they are just words.

 

hmmm maybe i'm a chauvinist as well.... i don't really like to hear a lot of cussing from anybody.. i mean, occassionally doesn't bother me at all, but how you describe those girls, i would be incredibly annoyed by anyone doing that... i'd probably throw a beer at them

speaking of drinks being thrown... i went out to my car, which i park on the street, and somebody threw soda on it. so now i have sticky splashes of coke on my windshield and driverside window. argh.

 

yeah, women that curse like sailors turn me off too.

 

I usually end up cussing at the screen too, during ballgames.
