    Wouldn't a more appropriate name for a butterfly be a flutterby??

    When we were kids we used to call them flutterby's as a joke. Either way works.

    :) hm..maybe butterfly is a play on words 'beautiful fly' or something along those lines..

    best to throw in oven and get some cheese n crackers

    I've never put much thought into it. Why is a stool called a "stool", as opposed to being called a "butt table" or something similar?
