I know Butran is similar to Suboxone, but it's lacking the ingredient that makes you sick as shit when you taked opiates with it. Please don't give me that "Don't abuse the patch" crap. I have been chewing on Fentanyl for more than a year and have never even got a stomach ache from them. I may be an abuser, but i'm a smart abuser. Yeah, you can chew it, but with Buprenorphine, there is a ceiling effect (regardless of if it has Naloxone in it or not). From my EXTENSIVE experience with the drug, I find that doses over 6mg do not increase your high or pain relief. This amount is equivalent to about 60mg of Oxycodone. So, while chewing it would release a lot of the drug at once, it isn't like Fentanyl, where you get some insane dose, because of the ceiling effect.
