OKay so about 2 months ago i kicked over my glass on glass 1 1/2 footer bong...really nice peacie...the bad news i broke it..the good news is, i broke it in the middle, but it broke into 2 solid peices, so i can fix it, but i have been trying to think what would be the best thing to put it back together...is there any kinda special glass glue? or what could i do to fix it?
LOL..yea i was thinking about like, glass wielding, it back together then realized it would probly be harder to do it that way...i dunno, bt thats deffinetly a good idea..
you have to get the right kind of glass. depending on whayt your bong is madee out of. shouldnt be too hard to find in so cal.
if theres a glass blowing shop somewhere near your house, take it to them, I'm sure it wouldn't be very expensive to just weld two peices back together. If you were going to do that I would clean out the two peices and take out the bowl.
Well i got this crazy adhesive, but its gonna take like a day to dry..so ill let u know how it goes in about 24 hours..if not i can go buy a new better peice, so im not to worried about it.
Theres this super poisonous chem my computer teacher uses on plastics to mend the plastics together on a molecular level... It comes in a syringe... They should make one for glass! I was thinking duct tape, but maybe thats too many years of Red Green talking.
LOL...sorry i didnt get back to you guys...first of all you wouldnt suck glue fumes unless u started smoking right away, cuse glue dries, and the smell goes away...anwyays that adhesive crap didnt work at all, so my freind took his JB weld...some kinda 2 part appoxy...and he stuck the thing right back together and its rock soild, good as new , not i jsut ened to go buy a new glass on glass down stem and bowl to make it be 100% agian, but for now it works awesome and i have a choice of 3 other bongs anyways
well a glue that held a bong i know of together for a long time was gorrila glue...its a super strong hold!
which is y he called himself an underachiever.... plus if he broke the bong in the middle, the glue will never get hot enough to release any large amount of toxic fumes...
