1. The Hipforums announces it first ever fundraiser. After nearly 30 years online, we must ask our members and guests to help support the website. Thanks to years of ongoing financial support of our members, advertisers and volunteer admin staff, we have been able to keep the forums alive.

Now we must ask for help as available funds have all been used for our Internet server and other fees.

So please donate any amount to our PayPal account donate@Hipforum.com to keep the site going. If we can get enough for a few months fees, we won't need to nag you again!

i remember hiking with my cousin a few years ago...we were breaking trail to get to this lake on a particular mountain around here and we came upon this huge field of stinging nettles...the only choice was to break trail through them...my legs were nothing but red welts by the time we got to the lake...plus i got stung by a pack of hornets...good clean fun:cheers2:

That’s crazy why the fuck didn’t you turn around

The next worst thing to stinging nettles are pitchforks and cockleburs which get caught in your socks and prick you until you finally remove them

Did you know that fresh mud would have cured them nettles for ya right away? Yup learned that as a kid because kids are too dumb not to get in them time after time after time!
